RuffMutts requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel appointments.

Late arrivals (15 min) will be subject to a late fee of $15 and be required to reschedule so we can maintain our appointment schedule for the day.

Missed appointments will be subject to a 100% FEE (based on your pets grooming fee)

We have the right to refuse service if we feel either the groomer or pet may be harmed in the grooming process.
